TASTING NOTES: Elegant and well balanced wine, of light ruby colour. Delicate aroma with red fruits and floral notes. Fresh and smooth, with long and persistent finish.
VINIFICATION: The harvest was carried out manually in perfect weather conditions in the third week of September. The grapes were rigorously selected and de-stemmed.Fermented in temperature controlled through (lagar).
